Camas Keeps Rolling Along With 34-15 Win Over Heritage

Camas led 31-0 at the half and hung on for a 34-15 home win over Heritage Firday night.
Papermakers QB Logan Grindy had a pair of rushing touchdowns and a 68 yard touchdown strike to TE Kyle Ervin in the first half. RB Zack Marshall’s 16 yard rushing touchdown put Camas up 31-0 just before the half. Grindy ended the night 13/25 for 218 yards and the one score. Marshall had 138 rushing yards on 17 carries and the one score.
Heritage hung around in the second half and put up a pair of touchdowns when QB Jake Dahlberg hit Tim Hergert and Andy Bemis, but it was not enough for the visiting Timberwolves.
With the win Camas improves to 7-0 on the season and 4-0 in league play. The Papermakers will travel to Fort Vancouver (2-5 0-4) Friday at Kiggins Bowl 5:00 p.m. Heritage falls to 1-6 on the season with the loss and 0-2 in league play. The Timberwolves will travel to Battle Ground (1-6 0-3) Friday at District Stadium 7:00 p.m.

Not to be a stickler but do you know when video will be up?
The Camas/Heritage video will not be up until after the season. With the playoffs almost here, we now only show the current week’s games. That video will not get up before next weeks game at Fort. Sorry about that. I did my best.
