Columbia River One Win From Playoffs Following 28-14 Win At Hudson’s Bay

Despite a 1-5 start to the 2009 season, Columbia River is one win away from the playoffs following their 28-14 win at Hudson’s Bay Friday night.
The Chieftains led 14-0 after 1 and 21-7 after 3. 4 different River players scored TD’s on the night.
Columbia River improved to 3-5 and 2-2 in league play with the win. The Chieftains host Prairie on Friday night. With a win, River will earn the #3 playoff spot.
With the loss, Hudson’s Bay drops to 2-6 and 1-3 in league play. The Eagles will play Fort Vancouver as the home team Friday.
