- Storm from EWU commented on Paul & Bryan Weekly GSHL Football Podcast – 2012 Schedule Preview The season is much too far way, I just can't stand the wait. With college finished I might actually get to see more games this season. I got to watch the Storm play a number of weeks but I didnt get to see many of the the other games and I look forward to seeing...
- 2A Supporter commented on Paul & Bryan Weekly GSHL Football Podcast – 2012 Schedule Preview In the 2A it should be a mix between RAL, Hockinson, or Washougal. I see Mark Morris a year away but I could be wrong. RAL returns Ryan Peerboom, Eric Roselini, and most dynamic player in the league in Jacob Yordy, all with a year of experience under there belt. Hockinson returns the Leagues best...
- wsumj commented on Paul & Bryan Weekly GSHL Football Podcast – 2012 Schedule Preview 4A - Sky, Camas, the U 3A - CR, MV, Prairie 2A- Hockinson, MM As far as QBs, JB and Hennesey. They will both do fine. Berni has a ton of returning talent surrounding him. He has played with Forrest Russell for quite a few years (before they jumped the Heritage ship and landly safely and softly at...

- Jack Supporter commented on Paul & Bryan Weekly GSHL Football Podcast – 2012 Schedule Preview Not sure why folks are picking Aberdeen in the top 3 of 2A. They moved from the 2A Evergreen Conference because they couldn't compete in that league. I don't think they'll be horrible, but I don't see them as a top 3 team. 4A: Skyview, Union, Camas 3A: CR, MV, Prairie 2A: Hockinson, RAL, MM RAL will...
- SKYPA commented on Paul & Bryan Weekly GSHL Football Podcast – 2012 Schedule Preview JB also played more than half the game at Couerd'Alene. Yes they got beat bad but he did lead them on their only 2 scoring drives. He did play a lot of garbage minutes but he also had a few series when the starter needed to come out for a play or 2. just sayin......

What’s up with this double wing at Evergreen. I looks like the O-line goes to the carpet leaving a pile for the rb to find somewhere to run. If this is the way this offense runs, bag it and go to something else. I’m not impressed!
I guess it was a victory for Evergreen for being the first team to score on Richland. After that it got ugly again. I don’t see me having anything nice to say about Evergreen, so I’ll just sign off for good. Good luck Evergreen High School !!
Thanks daman, I thought I was the only person with nerve to express one’s sad thoughts of EHS. I agree with you and so does many in the stands. Many kids might not return next season according to their parents. I really didn’t want to say that, but I hear it ever week. Many fans have left the game after the 50 – 50 raffle, maybe it’s the only reason why they go. I don’t mean to say sad things about EHS, but there’s nothing good to say about a once proud football program ..
every one acts like evergreen doesnt want to win!?
we have just been getting beat. things will start to turn around soon.
I don’t think that Evergreen doesn’t want to win. I don’t have any desire to criticize the team or players directly. And I think that most of the people on this site feel similarly and the reason that they criticize Evergreen is because of the people who come on here and speak as though evergreen will never lose a game because of how godly they are. Egreen is the main example but there are others that blindly support evergreen and aren’t respectful of other teams and make arrogant statements.
Evergreen will be back. They just need a couple Kyrell Hudsons and an Ashton Miller. It’s possible.
great thinking evergreen fan. Bryan will there be video for this game?
I don’t know. I usually don’t make a big effort to get video from a game I was not at when a GSHL team gets blown out by a non-GSHL team.
Please don’t beat me up…. Lets see, we have almost the exact same team as last year. Do we look anything like last years team? Nope. Why? I don’t know.
I fully support my team VERY blindly. Trust me! I have never spoken against my teams players or coaches, nor have I voted against my team. Like it or not 50% of all teams do not win, and this year we are on the other side of winning.
Oh, do these non-league games really mean anything when it comes to league play? Nope!
Go Big Green!
I’m glad to see that you have come back down to earth a little bit. I understand having a passion for your team and I think it’s great for all sports to have fans that really care. But you have made some very arrogant posts before the season and even after the MV game and wouldn’t even consider the fact that you really don’t know how good or bad any team will be before they play a few games.
I don’t consider “Well it seems that none of the 4A teams wanted to show off there play-book. Evergreen didn’t want there plays taped so we just didn’t do any of it. 3A loss = oh well.” , to be arrogant. Oh, if you where there, their, they’re you would understand what I was talking about when I mentioned the “Video Taped” comment.
Do you know who is going to win the Super Bowl? No and neither do you know who will win any other Prep football game. (minus Scotty this week) Its a guess. No body knows. Its our opinion.
As far as before season.. Look how well Evergreen did last year. We got taken out by Camas and Union for sure. The loss to Skyview was a Referee joke and Mountian View was a good game and they just happen to win. Knowing these facts and along with the simple fact that all but 4 starters came back would prove what we have for this year. 4 new starters, unproven and our 2nd year running a newer offence. Come on. We SHOULD have only been better then last year.
I am sure the players and coaches will figure it out. As far as my arrogant attitude. I’ll eat my words at the end of the season, but I don’t think I’ll have too.
Chrish3311 – Where are your weekly picks. 40 has been so kind to keep track of them for all of us. As you can see I stink this year. Lets see how you do picking who is going to win or loose.
FYI – My wife will be picking for me this week. Lets see how she does.
Hello all first off thanks for the site bryan its great . second off all but four starters returned then where is the d fense at they have given up more points this year since the early nineties . yes the qb is young but is learning and if i remember right the 3 fumbles were all by vets again this week . it is simple if you practice one type game and play another you lose !!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I am not bashing the coaches because its no use . but you must teach proper fundamentals in practice and if your vets dont perform bench em then maybe they will pay attention
yeah and why pic one of the toughest schedules in the state if your such a young squad
one more then i will be quite why do they only throw 20 plus yard passes ever heard of short passes 5 to 10 yards I have been to all the games and seen one pass under twenty wow not even funny any more just sad
i think thats the style of the dbl wing offense
evergreen can beat this team this week watch and see we are not done yet
