Game Recap – Mountain View 45 Heritage 3

Thunder QB Riley O’Dell had a huge night against his former team as his three rushing and two passing touchdowns led the Thunder to a convincing 45-3 victory. O’Dell had rushing touchdowns of 1,1, and 11 yards and also threw scores of 51 and 68 yards. The Thunder led 35-3 at the half as Sterling Reynolds and Mark Hartley hauled in the scores for O’Dell. Heritage’s only score came on a field goal from Gge Boyce from 23 yards out in the second quarter. The Thunder put up 413 yards of offense, 286 of those on the ground as 8 different players ran the ball for Mountain View. Heritage WR E’Lon Mack had 7 catches for 73 yards in the loss.

Mountain View improves their record to 3-1 on the season with the win. The Thunder will play Union (3-1) Friday at McKenzie Stadium, 8:00 p.m. as the road team. Heritage falls to 1-3 on the season with the loss. The Timberwolves will Grant of Portland (3-1) Friday at McKenzie Stadium, 5:00 p.m.

    My prediction was absolutely spot on. O’dell is the real deal and will silence the Titans this Friday.

    Looking for some insight Opie J. Your Son transferred from HHS to where? Clearly it is not MV as I did my research yet you insist on leaving comments on here about O’dell from MV. What’s is your deal man?
