Mark Morris led 7-0 on the road in the first quarter, then tied the Columbians at 14-14 in the second quarter. However, after that the defending state champs from Oregon took over and rolled to a 44-14 win.
Mark Morris falls to 2-2 on the season with the loss. The Monarchs will host Woodland (1-3) Friday at Longview Memorial Stadium, 7:00 p.m.
