The Heritage Timberwolves are now 0-2 on the season following a 27-19 road loss at W.F. West, a 2A school in Chehalis.
Timberwolves DB Jake Dahlberg returned a fumble 39 yards for a TD late in the 2nd quarter to cut the lead to 2 at 14-12. Garrett Grayson had 431 yards of total offense and 2 TD, 328 yards passing, 103 yards rushing with a passing and rushing TD. The Timberwolves offense turned the ball over 6 times. Defensively the T-Wolves only allowed 7 first downs to W.F. West on the night, but the turnovers were just too much to overcome.

Got something to say?

You’ve GOT to be kidding me….
4A Heritage, the number 4 ranked team in he mighty GSHL gets thumped by an average 2A squad from up north. just goes to show what a weak league the GSHL really is.
Preseason ranked #8 in the state at the 4A?
yeaa except they got injurys. running back mike out for season, cody ywan out till union and cj hatchett out till union those are 3 starters
WEAK LEAGUE, SEND ALL YOUR STUDS TO ONE SCHOOL AND THEY CAN COMPETE, THE REST SUCK!
Hard to win games when you turn the ball over 6 times!!!
FUNDAMENTALS
if we’d had mike matsubara, cody yahn, AND cj hackett we’d be doing alot better. all three are starters and all three are key players.
hey how come all the videos are slow and the last 2 vids on youtube are un-watchabley fuzzy
It’s football. Other people need to step up.
Our team has a lot of talent. Its frustrating when we loose because we work so hard and we want it so bad. Our coaches coach us great…we just have to execute and do our jobs like we are coached. We play with great effort but we obviously need more. All the players and all the coaches deserve to win and i honestly believe in all of us…i believe we will be fine down the road and start winning.
Alex Alex Alex…. The offensive line needs to step it up and give grayson more time in the pocket, And the coaches need to know that every great starter needs a break every once in a while. I think that they need to trust in their second string and put some fresh bodies in every once in a while to really get the full effect of the starters and a team effort on a win!
