Mark Morris Shows Some New Tricks In 55-13 Win Over River Ridge

The Mark Morris Monarchs were expected to beat River Ridge (2-8) Friday night, and they did just that.

The Monarchs scored early and often in their 55-13 win. They scored 4 TD’s in the first quarter and never looked back. 5 different Monarchs scored TD’s and QB Scott Kirkpatrick threw 3 TD’s as well. They even ran some wildcat formations in the game.

Mark Morris improves to 9-1 with the win. The Monarchs will host the winner of Tuesdays game between Interlake and North Mason, next Saturday.

With the loss, River Ridge drops to 2-8. The Hawks season is over.
