Mark Morris Wins At Home 40-6 Over Washougal

Written by Bryan Levesque on October 3, 2008

I know for most schools a 40-6 loss would seem bad. Well it is bad, but so is Washougal. For the Panthers the 6 is what was important. Having been out scored 151-0 in the last 3 games, a score is as good as it gets for Washougal these days.

The Monarchs improve to 4-1 1-0 on the season with the league opening win. Washougal is now 0-5 0-1 in league. Mark Morris will host Woodland (3-2 1-0) next Firday and the winner will have the inside track for the 2A GSHL title. Washougal hopes to build on their score as they host the Ridgefield Supdders (1-4 0-1).
