I am not taking anything away from the fact that Coad was a phenominal athlete along with Homer. These players will be greatly missed...I think by the team and the fans. They took Union High to a place that we had not been yet and for that I think everyone is happy. (That's on Union's side anyway!!) I also think that leaders (no matter who they are) establish the vision for the future and set the strategy for getting there; they cause change. They motivate and inspire others to go in the right direction and they, along with everyone else, sacrifice to get there. The point is..I think Tafoya has the vision and he is a leader.
